The hotel was reasonably spacious with a marvellous location near to Conveniently close to the tram stop, the train station, bus station, trams to the airport and New Town tons of excellant restaurants yet easy walk to Old Town neighborhood. Modern room with comfy bed, the TV and a beautiful view, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Perfect location, the hotel was walk from a railway station. It was a relatively quiet area, a perfect base for me. The morning meal was freshly prepared with all yoghurts, gluten free toast plus pastries.

Our hotel is set in a central location right by convenient for airport tram, close to other coffee shops and restaurants, the main areas of Edinburgh, and the coastline.

We can recommend the place. We loved staff and rooms, they were fantastic! Spent a nice evening at Mezcal Mole, located so close to the venue. Moreover, free Wi Fi was pretty good.
